If I could give them 0 stars I would I bought boots they cancelled my order but never refunded me they claimed it would automatically refund me but it's been two weeks I called my bank and they haven't received anything

I ordered a pair of boots and a jacket with express shipping as a gift for an event I was going to. I placed the order on March 16. It didn’t get here until the day of the event which was on March 25th, a whole 9 days later, when express shipping takes a maximum of 5 days. I called to get a refund on the express shipping option and was told the order didn’t get fulfilled until the 21st! Since it made it in time since Shipping date, they were not going to refund me. I asked why did it take 5 days to fulfill my order and they said sometimes they don’t have the item available so I’m like why not just mark it as sold out on the website instead of allowing me to order with express shipping. I had to go to the event empty handed which was embarrassing and I am truly upset with this company and their horrible customer service

I bought the most expensive boot and followed the website measurement guide the company has online and when the boot came it didn't fit at all. I called the company to return the boot get a discount but still didn't receive the refund, called the company already 4 times because I am not able to buy the second boot since once the website was down according with the lady that asked me to wait couple hours and try again and nothing change. I tried again the next day and finally goes thru but after called the next lady called Any to ask her to expedite my order because this is a WORK BOOT and I need so badly since this entire situation is been happening for more than 10 days already and I need the boot to work and she told the order was complete but still in process so she is not sure if will be able to do it. What an S... show and not professional business. Also, I'm been receiving txt on my phone several time asking if I need any help and when I txt with yes please call me the auto txt say we just can txt back and ask me to call to the number I already been calling with no really good result. I hate giving bad reviews but everybody should be careful since those boots are so expensive. VERY FRUSTRATE experience!

I’m discussed by their all American ads. They show cowboys and Americans hard at work. Their boots are made in China. What a sellout they should be ashamed of claiming they are for the American culture when all they are is another all about the buck Chinese sellout booooooo

Ordered a pair of boots, three days later received a notice they cancelled order due to being out of stock. Ok, then why do they show that the boots are still available? Re-ordered, and again, three days later received a cancellation notice, same reason. Ok, I'll go elsewhere!

BOUGHT MY SO A PAIR OF ARIAT ARENA REBOUND BOOTS 1/28/23. HEEL FELL OFF 14 DAYS LATER. $175.00 INVESTMENT IN WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A QUALITY BOOT. CALLED ARIAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 2/14/23 GAVE THEM ALL INFO AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND OUT AN EMAIL FOR ME TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM. WAITED 3 DAYS, NO EMAIL. CALLED IN AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING. WAITED 3 MORE DAYS AND NO EMAIL. THIS IS REDICULOUS. WHAT HAPPENED TO QUALITY AND INTEGRITY OF MAJOR BRANDS? VERY SAD, LESSON LEARNED

Worst customer service ever! Many phone calls and emails have been sent with no money back on return I sent.

I bought a pair of boots almost a year ago, and within 3 months they fell totally apart. I have reached out to customer service numerous times and have not heard back. This company has no integrity and no intention of warranties on their products. I have sent pictures of the boots and the soles of the boots. And still nothing. My next stop will be the better business bureau. I wont stop until my message is clear and out to the public. If this is a standard product then people need to be warned.
