Saved for a long time to finally get a pair of long ariat riding boots. I had them fitted but despite months of wearing them in the house, up and down the stairs and riding in them as long as I can tolerate, they're painful to ride in. I've been trying to contact ariat on various platforms for a month. Keep being told someone will email me or contact me, yet whenever I do get contacted it's just to ask me what the issue is, again, then ignore me! I've lost count of the number of times I've tried contacting them now.

Ordered a item but unfortunately had to return. Return within 2 days, messaged a week later to confirm they received the return. Received the 9th, allowed 14 working days for refund. 14 working days later still not refund. Contacted them and was told ill have to wait another 3 to 5 working days to show in my bank! Then I get a email saying... you will receive your refund in 14 working days !!! My granddaughter saved birthday money and pocket money to order this, but has to wait I don't know how long to gwt her money back to order an alternative item. How can other companies give refunds with in days but Ariat can't arrange a refund until a customer has to complain.

Ordered the Shoes a week ago and theyre still not even packed haha, after i read all this bad reviews i think i ordered in the wrong shop and the shoes will never arrive.. there is no service! Never order on ariat.com again or would recommend

Had numerous pairs of their wellies all split at the ankle. I put it down to riding in them in the winter. The last pair I bought I have not rode in and they did not last longer than 3 months before they split. The only reason I have bought more than one pair (4) is because of the arch support. Luckily I have found Rudds who guarantee their wellies for 12 months (not to split)

The customer service and refund process is ridiculous!!! They say 12-14 days to process the refund. I had to call on the 14th day to check refund status and it still had not been processed to be refunded to my card. Now, I’m having to wait an additional 3-5 business before getting my money back. I will never, but from Ariat online again!!! Horrible

I only had my steeled toes work boots for about four months. And the soles started separating from the shoe. Ariat granted me a return, but in order to receive my new boots, I have to destroy the boots that’s already torn. How can i destroy these boots when these are the only ones I have to work in. I just want a replacement. I shouldn’t have to miss work

18 months ago I bought my wife a pair of Ariat wellingtons paying well over £200. The right boot has split about 5 inches up from the sole. I no longer have the receipt so can’t go back to the shop.These very expensive wellingtons replace a pair she used for over 8 years, can’t mention the name other than they are also a tyre brand. Those cost less than £20. The Ariat wellingtons are NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Ordered women's boots. They started squeaking right away. I called customer service and they volunteered that it was a manufacturing defect from a bad shank. Promised to replace them. Then they never did. Lots of emails. Lots of calls. Then the second boot started squeaking. So loud, they're unprofessional for site visits. Ariat told me to cut the boot tongues in half and throw them away, because replacements are coming. Replacements never came and I never got a refund. Awful products and service.
