I placed an order on Ariat European site. got a confirmation about the order, now 6 days later, I haven’t got any information about the status of the order. Mailed them twice, but no answer. I contacted Ariat US and they said they would forward my messages to Ariat Europe. If you don’t appreciate company’s that doesn’t reply on simple questions about your purchase, take your money elsewhere or or order from Ariat USA

Out of warranty boots that have minimum wear are deteriorating in the soles. They cannot be worn. The composite soles are defective and the product is failing through no fault of my own. They refuse to accept ownership in the problem.

I called because I was having trouble processing a order with a military discount. I was on hold for very very long time. The woman finally answered and when I told her I was having a problem with a discount code she said something which I could not understand her and she hung up. I called back and was on hold almost 30 minutes same person answered and said you could only use a military discount code once every 6 months. When I questioned her about why doesn't it say this on their website, she said she didn't know. I asked if she could ask her manager for help she said she does not have one. I said you don't have a manager? She said no she does not. I asked you don't answer to a boss. She said no she does not. I asked if you own the company?and she hung up on me. It amazes me as to why this company doesn't have any quality assurance. They should be monitoring calls and giving a decent level of customer service. I called February 19 th, 2024 around 1:00 EST.

Terrible customer service! After placing an order via the German website and receiving the order confirmation i never got any further info from Ariat about the status of my order. The boots were supposedly in stock and shipping was said to be max. 5 days. That was 9 days ago and my order has not even been sent yet. More importantly, I wrote two emails to customer service, left a voicemail, left a call-back request and even finally managed to speak to a customer service representitive in my tenth attempt to call the hotline. The employee told me that she‘ll get back to me which never happened. Neither did anyone contact me after my several other contact requests. Horrible service, i will vote with my wallet and not buy here.

Ik kocht 14 maanden terug een paar Ariat Harper H2O, waarvan ik ze ongeveer 6 maanden heb gebruikt voor rijden en grondwerk, er zijn GEEN stallen in uitgemest! Schoenen altijd netjes onderhouden volgens de instructies met Ariats eigen verzorgingsproducten en toch is het leer gaan scheuren en zijn ze nu zo lek als een mandje. Dit was het duurste paar stalschoenen dat ik kocht in jaren en ze gingen het kortste mee! Wat een waadeloze kwaliteit!

Poorly made product at premium price. No customer service. Will avoid in the future.

Bought Womens extra long Charlee jeans. Fit my 37inch inside leg perfectly. I would say size down if buying for fashion and not riding as they are generous. My 2nd pair from Ariat and delighted both times.
