I wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before buying from Ariat. It's not the products that are the problem, it's the customer service and returns procedure. Impossible to print a returns label, impossible to contact anybody about it... It's as if they are trying to avoid returns. If you'd like to buy Ariat products, I'd recommend using a more reliable wholesaler.

I had these boots for 3 weeks and the rubber is already peeling off the bottom. The first week they gave me a blister so bad I still have it 3 weeks later. I want my money back or something what a waste.

1st our of boots split on the ankle creaes just after the end of 12 month warranty period. Ariat replaced as a gesture of goodwill. 2nd pair have split in exactly the same place - again just after warranty has expired. No replacement offered. Very poor durability for the price. I won’t be buying Ariat again.

Ariat Burford wellingtons are only water proof for 14months. The guarantee is 12 months. They perished around the ankles. 3 pairs 3 friends purchased from different shops in UK. Ariat says only 12 months guarantee. They are right. Useless rubbish.

Surprised and disappointed for such a large company the lack of customer service. My partner purchased me a pair Barnard yard boots as a replacement for my exact same pair I had for six years as I was so pleased with them. The zip broke on the new pair, emailed Ariat with photos of said boot as requested but no response. Also no response via messenger. In the past I’ve purchased alot of Ariat items, never again will I give this company my money.

Got a pair of ariats for work. They are the comfiest boots I've ever worn and look great. Not the best waterproofing will hold up to medium rain after that water seeps through. Ive had mine for 18months and just had to get the sole glued and its basically a band aid id say id be lucky if i get another 6 months. I expected better for a $400 pair of boots at least 2 years.

I bought a pair of Ariat Burford boots 16 months ago for £115 but only wore them in winter (so less than a year of wear) as I bought them specifically for the warm lining and thick sole. They were very comfortable but a month ago they developed a split on the leg where they crease when you walk. First one boot then the other split in the same place. Ariat took some time to reply to my complaint but advised me to take them back to the retailer with the receipt. I did this but as they are out of warranty the retailer was unable to provide a replacement or a refund. I would expect such an expensive pair of boots to last a lot longer than this and would advise anyone buying boots to choose a different brand rather than wasting their money on such a sub standard product

Bought some boots and the ones they sent me were the wrong ones. I called and talked to a lady and she said to send them back and as soon as they saw the return was on the way they would ship me the right boots. The wrong boots were returned so I called again and a man said he would release the right pair and ship them out. Well still no boots so I called again today the lady said the return label they emailed me was for a refund. So Ariat is a lying company. I know I got my money back but I needed my work boots. So they are a company that cannot be trusted to tell the truth. I will start telling everyone I know and all the people they know not to buy from them because they are not a trusted company!!!!
