Mens jacket. Looked "nice" but didn't hold up past two weeks of normal wear. Shabby, cheap material and poorly made. Overpriced trash clothing. Do not buy!

If I could leave zero stars that’s what it would be. I paid for my orde and I received the wrong stuff. I tried for a couple of weeks to reach some one with no luck. They do phone marketing so I told them I would never buy anything from them again unless they fixed my issue. Couple of days later they sent me a retuned label for the wrong item so I mailed it back. They NEVER refund me or mailed me what I order. Used to spend a couple grand a year with them. Presumably not a big deal for them, but is a couple of grand less per year. I used to buy all my Xmas gifts from them but never again. Is not the money but rather the treatment. If you have ever being wrong by a company stop buying from them. They do it enough and they will go out of business as they should

I purchased a pair of Boots from Ariat.com thinking and believing that I was getting a Quality product. Boy was I wrong as the first time I wore the Boots in a time frame of a couple of Hours I had to stop 7 times and retire the Laces. They are so cheap and low quality for the Price I paid I didn't expect this at all. Went to the website to start a return but then read since they we worn they will not take them back. I emailed them anyway as well as tried calling numerous times and held on forever but didn't get to speak with anyone. I would not buy or recommend this product.

Had a great service from Bianca in Fresno. She was the only employee who acknowledge us. And was very helpful, friendly and try finding our item we needed.

Absolutely the worst customer service, I bought 3 pairs of M2sone from boot barn and 2 they shipped to me. The first time I wore them the button fell off,started the Warranty claim and only 1 response, so I give me the information and now no email,no call back and after I have spent 1000,s on boots and jeans I think since this is the first time I expect something to be done to resolve this it's a joke.Theres more to the story but if you buy something from Ariat don't expect it to have a Warranty it's all talk and no action!!!!

Surprised to find all these negative reviews as I was under the impression that Ariat and their boots were very highly regarded... so thought I'd leave a positive review as my experience in the UK was very smooth and credit where credit is due. I can't comment on the long term quality of the boots or how they handle warranty etc... but I ordered 2 pairs of waterproof boots in the sale as a gift... delivery was very fast and free... they were not a suitable fit in the end so I needed to return them which was extremely easy, efficient and free (download label - take to post office)... and the refund was made very quickly without any need to chase up. All in less than 2 weeks from order to full refund and no cost at all... so no complaints at all regards Ariat and their process or customer service. Certainly not anything remotely like a scam as these reviews would imply.

Definitely writing a column on this company, very soon! I will be contacting the trading standards if this is isn’t resolved or confirmation emails are not sent out by close of day. These reviews are very concerning! You can’t take peoples hard earned cash and then do bad business without consequences but lucky enough this is my work of expertise. I was sent out someone else parcel along with their name and address. When making contact with this company early today I spoke to a lady, which I won’t name, at least on this review anyway. The lady In question wasn’t helpful and was very stern stating I would have to till a investigation was complete and she didn’t know when that would be, for these reasons I asked to speak to a supervisor who was much more pleasant. The problem I have is quite a few. Firstly, this company was very quick to arrange for the incorrect parcel sent to me with someone else’s details and name on to be collected, but not so quick to arrange for my parcel to be rectified and sent out to me. The supervisor who I will not name advised me she would sent my parcel back out in the end and that I would receive a confirmation email stating this, which I have not yet received. It’s so disappointing as we have 6 family members I order for, from this company. Although I’ve not come across a situation like this before, I will NOT be ordered anything again if this is not resolved and not in their gain by holding peoples property that’s been paid for due to a problem that’s been caused by you. I’ve still not received any confirmation of the conversation that took place between the supervisor and I, early today. Although, my calls are recorded on the phone that was used today I have took further action to make sure this is resolved, something I don’t need when I’m paying you for a service In-which was broken. Very disappointing, indeed.

I ordered a pair of insulated bibs, with express shipping for an upcoming trip. They state one day of processing then the delivery time is based on service selected. I paid for express. It's been a week and i haven't received a shipping notification. I called to cancel the order and they told me I couldn't because it shipped. When I called them out on the lie, the put me on hold and came back with a "tracking number". The number provided doesn't correspond to DHL express tracking format, nor does it show my address as the destination. They haven't responded to emails. THIS IS A SCAM.
