If there was a zero star then th ey would get it - waited two months and nothing and now it’s saying it was delivered two days ago !!! No sign of a delivery and can’t get anyone to reply to tell me where my delivery had gone ! Disgrace

The pair of their Telluride H20 “WaterproofPro” shoes I received were not waterproof. Worn only once in wet grass and they have clear patches that are not water proofed, and it comes through the seems. Result: wet socks. I had a pair back in 2016/2017 and they were amazing. You could hose them off with running water after stable mucking out and they were solidly waterproof. So amazing all year round. I don’t know what they changed in their production but these are no longer the quality they used to be. Disappointing.

Nog steeds mijn geld niet terug gekregen!! Er werd aangegeven dat mijn retouren in goede orde zijn ontvangen en ik binnen 14 werkdagen mijn geld terug zou krijgen. Echter heb ik mijn geld nooit gehad. Meerdere mails verstuurd en telefonisch contact opgenomen. De vrouw aan de telefoon gaf aan dat ze meteen mijn mail erbij zou pakken en ik een antwoord zou terugkrijgen. Helaas heb ik toen ook geen enkel antwoord ontvangen. Daarbij belde ik het Nederlandse kantoor en hadden ze geen enkele Nederlandse werknemers...

Shipping takes FOREVER. Ordered about 3 weeks ago and still haven’t shipped or even received by FedEx. Called them and they said it should be shipped out by Friday and to give them another call Monday?? Waited another week and still nothin.

I couldn't even set up a first time password without problems. i tried to reset it several times to no avail. Customer service was NO HELP. I was to use the Chat feature which had no options to use--only the word 'chat'. all the cookies are annoying as well. Customer service is dead with this company!! Find another company!.

Massive decline in quality of paddock boots. I have bought about 10 pairs of boots over the last 20+ years. The quality has reduced massively. Latest few pairs were difficult and painful to "wear in". Used to be like slippers from day one. Latest pair have splits in leather on both sides, and centre, of one foot. Had them for less than a year, laces not worn out not excessive worn down heels ( which usually happens eventually), as I haven't worn them extensively. I am not surprised to see numerous complaints on Trustpilot about poor customer services- they must be overwhelmed with issues because of the sad decline of a supplier that USED to have a good reputation..

If I could give a zero star I would. I signed up as a new member and military and received zero discounts due to this. They said they can’t help. I’m sure the BBB and Attorney general would love to stop these misleading advertising scams. You don’t care about the men and women who support you. I’m a military member and your customer service agent would not honor the military discount. IT’s principal, not the 14.00 in savings. I will tell everyone not to buy Ariat.
