My wife and I purchased Ariat Sierra Square, steel-toe boots. Size ran EXTREMELY small. I wear 9-9.5, had to purchase 11.5 with THIN socks. Now, cooler weather, I can't even get on with MID WEIGHT boot socks. Bought from Sportsman's Warehouse, just learned only 30 day returns vs. 90 on ariat.com. Wife had to have foot surgery. $360 + tax down the rat hole AND my early review appears to have been removed from their site. Because size at extreme small end?

I have tried buying a pair of boots for three months now but I have to give up. The first pair was size 42,5 but a little too small, so I swapped them for a size 43, but when they came they were even smaller. I guessed it was a production fail so I tried to contact customer support, but didn’t get a response. I returned the boots and ordered a pair size 43 again hoping I got a bad pair the first time, but this time they were completely different sizes, one way too big and the other too small. I have no words, during these couple of months I got an occasional reply from customer support but they never answered when I explained my issue. Legit scam

J'ai reçu des bottes abîmées et de mauvaise qualité (couleur mal fixée) J'ai payé 360 euros pour un service après vente absent, ils répondent plus vite aux avis négatifs qu'à la demande d'aide. J'ai dû appeler en parlant en anglais et cela fait déjà 2 semaines que cela dure et je suis obligée de les appeler (et en anglais )sinon je n'ai aucune réponse. Embauchez moi je serai plus efficace

Got a pair of ariat work boots. Soles were toast within 2 weeks of use. Not happy paying that price for only half the boot to barely hold up. Ok if you have a new set of soles on hand to replace the factory ones with.

It was opening day @ manawa outlet mall. I visited lot of stores lot of shopping. But “ARIAT “ store was the worst. The all staff were arrogant. No hello, no hi, Todays worst rated store 🧐🧐🧐 I don’t know why companies open retail stores. If the staff is cold and like shi# How would they make sales ?????

Ich hatte Regenstiefel bestellt, ansonsten trage ich Aigle wollte aber diesmal angeblichen guten Bewertungen die für mich bestellen nach einigen Wochen fing das Gummi an zu brechen unter den Knöchel, so dass alles Wasser und Schmutz sich darin sammelte. Ich suchte im Internet und fand heraus dass es bereits einige schlechte Bewertungen dazu gab. Ich meldete mich beim Kundenservice. Nach Wochen erhielt ich dann eine Antwort, sie könnten nichts für mich tun, da die Stiefel bereits getragen sein und 6 Monate eine wohl übliche Haltbarkeit sei. Und das zu diesem Preis? Fast 200 Euro. Nie wieder so ein Schund!

The only down fall is I didn’t get tracking updates and it did arrive late when I had paid for next day delivery however I am so happy with my boots they are so well made and so comfortable! I was worried with the bad reviews but I would definitely purchase again

This company is a scam. They advertise on facebook. Send you a bogus tracking link. Their site says they use ups or fedex. Both dont have a record of the tracking number given to me. I played their game twice
