Awful Customer Service. Ariat owe me £180 for 2 pairs of jeans which I returned on 11/11/24, I have all the evidence to prove they received them back yet I’m still waiting. No reply when I contact customer service nothing. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Ariat work boots are a game changer . They are not cheap but worth every penny . My mates on the site are beginning to agree . No more sore feet for me . Well done Ariat . Cannot recommend highly enough .

Nach einer über Monate erfolgten Garantie-Reklamation antwortet Ariat mit einer Rückzahlungsbestätigung. Fordert Kontoverbindung an und zahlt und antwortet dann seit wiederum mehreren Monaten nicht. Auf keinen Fall direkt bei Ariat kaufen. Sitzen in Holland und können bzw. wollen nicht deutsch kommunizieren. Blocken meine Emails ab! Kann leider nur gerichtlich geklärt werden . Auf keine Fall dort etwas kaufen!!!!

Burford boots. Very disappointed. I love the shape and design had several pairs but life is very short. List price 160£ and after one year gone around the ankle!

Terrible return service. Terrible customer service. Boots were listed as “true to size” so I ordered the 7.5. Couldn’t get them on. Returned them and waited 2+ weeks for the return item. They wouldn’t let me cancel the order so I had to wait for it to be delivered to return the boots. While I waited I ordered the same boots from Amazon and had them in 2 days. So much for supporting this business.

Very poor quality boots from Ariat. They started to fall apart after 1 week. Customer service refused to contact me to discuss this after I sent numerous emails requesting communication.

Den Stern bekommt Ariat nur für die schnelle Lieferung Ansonsten ist der Kundenservice eine Katastrophe, habe Gummistiefel gekauft, die jetzt schon nach 3 Monaten nicht mehr Wasserdicht sind. 26 E-Mails geschrieben,keiner meldet sich, bekomme nur die automatische Email zurück,das sich jemand zurück meldet. Keine meldet sich unter den Nummern geht keiner ans Telefon. Viel Geld bezahlt und nichts in der Hand, bzw.am Fuß. Garantie ist auch noch drauf.... absoluter schei.....Kundenservice.....war das letzte,was ich dort bestellt habe

Dreadful experience . Their return policy is so stressful. Came by parcel force jacket crumbled so I couldn’t see the proper article as I was afraid to steam it. When I went to return it had to go via an outlet not available to me ??DHL . So I had to get a neighbour to take it to an outlet. Very time consuming. Will never use this company again
