I would give this company 0 stars but I have to click one😡 I placed an order on dec 10th hasn’t shipped and I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 days in multiple ways nothing ! The absolute worst do yourself a favor do NOT order from them! Share this review on all social media platforms to let the world know !

HORRIBLE Company to deal with! My order was placed Dec 3 and its Dec 23. NO ONE knows where my order is. It was charged to my card Dec 3. I asked them to find it, no one has that ability apparently. I asked for shipping to be refunded, apparently that cant happen until an order is received. Well when the F will that be? I asked them to figure out where the order is. Well it has to be PICKED UP STILL FROM THE HUB!? They talk to you like you are inept. I order monthly from the US and have NEVER had to wait this long for an order and/or received proper tracking. Purely disgusting. I will be telling my husband and son their ARIAT days are OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I looked here before ordering. I placed an order on December 5th for Christmas. Ariat shipped 1/3 of the items on December 12th. I called about the remaining items and they told me (after 30+ minutes on hold) that I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and they would get the rest of the items here in time. NOT! They shipped the remaining items today (Dec 23rd) via fedex home delivery. I will be lucky if they arrive by January 1. First and ONLY purchase I will ever make from Ariat. To add insult to injury, I had a shopping offer from my credit card company for 10% cash back. The offer expired on Dec 19th, so the bulk of my order did not qualify (they bill when they ship). Ariat, do better!

Ariat has, bar none, the WORST customer service I personally have ever delt with. I work for a large company that sales Ariat products and I can assure you, I'll never recommend their products to my customers ever again. I'll be sure any customer that is interested in their products know what a nightmare dealing with Ariat really is!

Wow….absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered items on Dec 10. Never got updates that items had shipped. Impossible to reach customer service by phone, chat, etc. Got an update 2 days ago saying they were overwhelmed but I would get the order by Christmas. Today (12/21) I was notified order is cancelled because items are out of stock. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'm not even going to go into my whole ordeal of an initial order I placed on 12/11/24, Just suffice to say their customer service is horrible, the representatives are incredibly rude, if you can actually get to one, The live chat is completely ignored, when you do call customer service, you'll be on hold for almost an hour and then it will automatically hang up on you. The only way to get any issue resolved is to email the company and threaten bad reviews on social media and elsewhere, and then MAYBE it will get resolved.

Terrible, ordered 20 days ago still have not received!! Customer service no help, I will return order. It gave me time while waiting for customer service (on hold for 30 minutes now) to read reviews on Ariat. Did not realize products are made in China? Really? Poor reviews across every platform.

Let's see where do I start....I called and held for 20 minutes only to be forced to leave a voicemail. I was promised a callback and that never happened. I tried to chat with a rep and Noone ever came on. I tried to call again, it's still normal business hours, and they say they are closed. I have two orders, one from two weeks ago that they just canceled half of. I received no email. I found out from my payment method sending me an alert of a refund. It's now 7 days til Christmas and half my kids Christmas are.on these two big orders. I would highly suggest not ordering from these people. Their customer service absolutely sucks!!!
