Ariat InternationalReviews of ariat.com

Zero if allowed takes over 8 days to ship! Horrible for a name brand!!!

Brilliant brand with the best boots and clothes just shockingly bad customer service.

I purchased the ideal down jacket to replace my Hollister down jacket. My old jacket was given to me by my parents in 2008 and it was purchased from a thrift store. The jacket is now dry rotting and can no longer be zipped. The ariat jacket I purchased has much less down in it than my old jacket that has seen better days. Least wise to say, my new jacket is not warm like I thought it would be. The jacket looks nice and I had good customer sevice. However, I purchased it to have a warm jacket. So I'm not at all happy with it.

The box I received with $500 boots was crushed and ripped and not presentable as a gift. I had some disinterested ariat person offer me a 15 per cent discount on next purchase noting if I have just spent $500 I am unlikely to need more boots in the 12 month period anyway- it didn’t work anyway as I tested it- trying to get anyone to account for the appalling condition the boots turned up in- they kept saying I can return them- too scared to do that as their customer service simply is not existent. Still waiting for that manager to call me…

Please DO NOT order from this website!! It is a scam!! They will take your money and never send you what you ordered. The tracking number is not real! They will not refund my money. The email response I got was useless and they wanted my permission to resend the order for free!! Ya right ! I don’t trust them I’m sure they just want to charge me again for an order that I’ll never receive!! I should have listened to my gut that the deals were too good to be true!

DO NOT BUY online. Ordered 4 items on 12/10. Received first item damaged. Other 3 items shipped separately but no tracking updates. Received yesterday. They were SOAKING wet still wrapped in plastic but box was not. Looks like has been relabeled. I have been on hold with customer service several times for hours only to be disconnected. Opened a case (when the package was missing) and still haven't heard back. Help is NON existent. Will NEVER buy from them again.

I can only add a ditto to the other recent reviews. Simply stated, this has been the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. What the other reviewers describe is absolutely true. I tried to reach their customer service twice and am still waiting for a call back because they wouldn't pick up. Ordered 4 items for xmas gifts and they shipped my order belatedly in three shipments. I still don't have some of it. They can't service customers or deliver efficiently but they can seem to send me 6 marketing emails every day. NEVER again. First and last experience with them. I have to return two items and that will likely be an equally frustrating experience. DON'T give them your money.

Ordered a jacket on 12/05/2024. Received an email on 12/16/2024 stating the item would be shipped soon and a FedEx tracking number provided. 12/24/2024, FedEx tracking number shows that "Label Generated", only and that the item has not left Ariat warehouse! My credit card has been charged but no product received. Avoid this company at all costs! Update: 12/26/2024, I called Ariat customer service number only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes. Then an automated voice message said that I would receive a call back and the phone disconnected. I have received no call back nor any written (email) communication from Ariat! I also re-checked the "FedEx" tracking number provided by Ariat and the status has not changed in that the jacket is still at the Ariat warehouse and FedEx has not received the package! I would strongly recommend that everyone take your business elsewhere! FINAL UPDATE (Dated 01/02/2025): I filed a complaint with Ariat direct (via their website) and with the BBB. Within 2 days of the BBB complaint being filed, I received an email from Ariat customer service stating that I would receive a refund within 24 to 48 hours. Four (4) days later , (01/02/2025), I finally received a refund to my credit card company. I recommend that anyone having an issue with Ariat, to file a complaint with the BBB. That seems to get Ariat's attention and to resolve issues. I cannot recommend doing business with Ariat direct (online ordering) until they resolve their internal issues. I hope this review is able to help others resolve current complaints.
