I emailed explaining how my package was held at my local post office and they charged me an additional $9 to pick it up instead of delivering it and also the glass bottle was broke. When I opened the package. I received a prompt response with a resolution and was very pleased with the service.

The product is wonderful, but when I had a problem with my finances and had to cancel it the last minute, they jumped on it and answered my email immediately. I will order again when finances allow.
