My name is Kelly and I am from SD. I am a rancher and we raise cattle and AQHA horses. We also have three little kids and im always out of energy. These supplements have helped restore my energy and have helped with my mood along with my hormones. I have been using Arctic Goddess for about a week and a half. By day 3...I noticed something was different with this than other supplements. I'm 49 & have been dealing with exhaustion for over a year. My doctor said my blood work looked great. By day 3 on this...I realized I wasn't exhausted. On day four, I changed my routine to one capsule in the morning after a high protein/fiber breakfast and one capsule at about 1pm/2pm about an hour after lunch because I was experiencing a crash at about 4pm. This has helped keep my energy level consistent throughout the day. It has been huge to not live in this exhausted, foggy bubble all day! It has been life changing... so much so that I ordered Primal Viking (The same thing but with male organs for men) for my husband so he can feel as good as I do. Thank you!!!
