hey Arctic goddess, that is I just wanna say thank you. I'm post menopausal 55. I put on quite a bit of weight after my estrogen levels dropped after menopause so I wanted something to help me have a little more estrogen balance, and I started with one capsule and in the morning and then one capsule in the evening so I wouldn't have any too many hot flashes but it's been great I really do notice my tummy getting flatter so that's where the cortisol would sit cortisol belly. They call it so thank you so much. I have two bottle bottles and I will be ordering again soon.

This is an amazing product. I have struggled for a few years now to loose weight, but going through perimenopause, it didn’t matter if I ate less and moved more, my old weight loss strategies just didn’t work for me anymore. I have been using Artic goddess for a couple of months now now and have really felt a difference in my energy and have lost a lot of belly fat. My hips and thighs are starting to get trim again as well. My chubbiness is being replaced with lean muscle and I actually have the energy to make it though the day without energy drinks all day long. I LOVE arctic goddess and would absolutely recommend it to anyone going through perimenopause or menopause. Also, my second order arrived damaged from shipping. I took a picture and emailed the company and the sent out a replacement right away. I appreciate that so much.
