Be aware if you order this product on subscription. First, they do not notify you that the subscription renewal is coming up. Your first notification is the “order placed” email. Second, you cannot cancel it - even if you email them same day. The fine print on the return policy says they will “deny” cancellation requests. Third, you cannot return it. That’s in the fine print as well and I was told this directly by customer service. Speaking of customer service, it’s abysmal. Short, unprofessional answers to customer service queries. So for me personally, I will not use a product that is backed by such restrictive, ridiculous policies.
