I have been taking it for 3 months and I have not seen any improvement! As a matter of fact I was waking up bloated last night again after not eating anything bad and not drinking alcohol. I drink plenty of water and I eat healthy but still not feeling more energy or losing any weight! Have hot flashes! Definitely not working for me!! Being said that, their customer service is excellent!!! First time in my life a company who really cares about customer experience! They returned my money and they recommended to see a health care provider with my symptoms! I wish it would have worked for me!

I did not notice a difference after using the product for a month. I was originally fired up because I could not get a refund on the new product that auto-shipped with the subscription, but their customer service was responsive and worked with me on a solution.
