Hi Kiley Leach We sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by the incorrect color of the wig. We understand how frustrating this must be for you. The disparity between the actual color P4 and your preferred color P27 was clearly not what you expected. We will look into this issue immediately to ensure better accuracy in future orders. Would you consider allowing us to make it up to you by offering a replacement or a discount on your next purchase? Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us a chance to rectify the situation. Arabella hair
