I ordered several weeks ago and still haven’t received the item ordered. Received emails to and from customer service team with various reasons as to why it’s not been sent as of this communication. The latest email said it was mailed and they’d send tracking number. That was 2 days ago. This was my first time ordering from Arabella and it hasn’t been a good experience.

Wig can within 3 days, color was as expected, no shedding, no smell, and the hair held curls pretty well for the most part, only slight complaint was the wig was not as thick as advertised

Hi Jennifer Hutcherson Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're happy that the wig arrived within 3 days and met your expectations in terms of color, lack of shedding and smell, as well as its ability to hold curls. We apologize for the wig not being as thick as advertised. We'll look into this to improve our offerings in the future. We appreciate your honesty and hope you still enjoy wearing it. Arabella hair

I ordered my wigs which came up to $475.15 August 12 and then I started getting weird text message saying that they needed a copy of my credit card transaction and now they’re asking for my drivers license. I’ve ordered a wig from them in the past and never had this issue issue. It seems very suspect and no one seems to be able to give me the correct information. Has anyone else experience this, disappointed customer

Hi Sharon Howard sorry to let you feel uncomfortable, Due to the recent prevalence of many lawbreakers using others' cards for consumption, on our side, in order to ensure the secure payment of each order, that's why we ask you for the payment screenshot. We assure you that we will never utilize any of your personal information. Hope you can understand. Wish you have a good day. Thank you
