I ordered the 13x6 ombré platinum balayage frontal wig. The color was great however the quality of the wig was not the greatest. No smell, not a lot of shedding however it is extremely thin it’s not possible to do a middle part or side the hair literally has to be straight back for it to look decent due to the hair not being full enough to have hair hanging in your face, nothing but gaps and does not hold a curl. The wig was only worn for literally one night because of how thin the wig was.

613 blonde human hair wig. This is my first review based on quality product placement and features and security
, sorry for any typos I'm using speech to text This is actually one of maybe a few reviews I've ever done for a hair care product. This is the first time I've ordered from this company so I was really nervous because I usually order from Love Me hair uncomfortable and secure in their products well , I ordered a blonde and color 613 blonde and color 613 wig with a lace front at 13 so the positives are the colors beautiful it really is the length was perfect and the style is completely gorgeous you just have to style your makeup is that such so the color does not appear too vibrant. The problem I had is the comb placement it was too far back so I had to choose to readjust it just so it would fit properly the lace front was too far forward, and the back portion with the drawstring which I'll never buy again was too bulky the string that was elastic stuck out incredibly and didn't meet my hairline completely until it was cold to secure it at least for the most part. So the hairpiece requires better calm placement probably plastic because the medical codes or clips can leave bruising or lumps on a person's head stocking cap placement is difficult when the Combs start all the way back in the middle of your head or not properly on the sides where it can be secured. The drawstring created a problem with the elasticity and made the wig smaller than it actually was so then you have to choose to expand it more which means extending the thread possibly having to redo the wig a little if it doesn't accidentally ruin so I saw a lot of different problems with it that made this the most complicated hair piece i've ever had . It was the first time I thought to myself do I sit here and saw this problem and redo it I mean the issues I've mentioned or do I send it back and also where the hair extensions are placed the hair net lace is too thin so you see right through it to the threaded track so it needed that hair lifted and the track camouflaged meaning the hair of the top was extremely thin it wasn't supposed to be obscenely thick or does. All in all i am willing to give the company a second try. I never fall for the images or pricing just because something is inexpensive , but I wanted to see if there was another company out there similar to the one I have been of customer for years like lovely hair and the quality to you just wasn't the same. Now friends of mine saw the hair image fell in love with it and also wanted or was curious about the product their concern was the expense however when I received it it just wasn't what I expected there were too many problems regarding everything I've mentioned again I don't mind giving the company a second chance but when you're paying hundreds of dollars for something you want to make sure you can wash it where it go and it is as presented. The color was fine but they were just too many problems fitting it to my head properly at 22 in normal size securing it properly not pulling out my hair for snug fit and securing the Bulge that's something like a drawstring would create and which was my first time wearing a drawstring and I never do that again I'm sorry for this review I wish I had more positive things to say , but this was my experience so hopefully the next go will be better if not unfortunately it will be ordering from the company again I do like the guarantee for exchanges and refunds but I don't really think you should have to pay $3 for that that should be something that's a given again if you're charging hundreds of dollars for for these products you shouldn't charge to have it refunded if there's a problem like it being lost destroyed or in my case difficult to secure place and lay flat properly some ideas just don't work like the drawstring and having the comb in a very back of your head and it's metal when we go through things like metal detectors cAT scans Etc or just simply having it against your natural hair which can damage your hair and hurt your skull or scalp thank you for your time I'm sorry I couldn't have been better with you hopefully the next time it will be - best of luck with your products truly - Lily pS also the hair in the tracks are not as secure as they should be I noticed the hair came out a lot I have never seen that happen with other companies so the hair was kind of it just wasn't secure all together it's kind of disappointing I was looking forward to it the data listed as approximate but it's a recent order as of late last week or so. All in all it was just too much work more than I've had to put in with previous orders from other companies. I was also if you do decide to keep a hairpiece like this you'll spend more money on Combs proper bands that really secure it thread your time to fix the tracks and such properly I'm sorry for this review.

Comb placement: The combs are positioned slightly further back to provide a stronger anchor point for some head shapes. However, for customers with a 22” circumference like yours, this can indeed feel misplaced and affect both comfort and security. In this case, adjusting the comb position or replacing them with an elastic band usually provides a better fit.
Lace appearing too thin / tracks visible: A thinner lace is often used to achieve a more natural and undetectable hairline. However, if the density on the top area is lighter, it may expose the tracks underneath. This should normally be balanced during production, and we’re sorry it didn’t meet that standard in your piece. Light customization (like adding baby hairs or slight styling) can help, but it should not be overly noticeable as you described.
Drawstring bulkiness: The drawstring design is intended to make the wig glueless and adjustable. That said, when tightened, it can create bulk or a “bunched” effect at the back, especially for smaller or average head sizes. This is a known limitation of this structure, and many customers prefer elastic bands for a flatter fit.
Fit and tightness issues: When the drawstring is tightened, it can reduce the overall cap size, which may explain why it felt smaller and required extra adjustment. This can also cause tension and discomfort if worn for extended periods.
Shedding: Some minimal shedding can occur with human hair wigs, especially after initial styling. However, what you described sounds excessive, which may indicate that the weft or knotting was not reinforced properly. This is not the standard we aim for.
We completely understand your frustration—especially when a product requires additional work to achieve a wearable result. That’s not the experience we want you to have.

The wig cap was way too big for my head in the back of it was pass the middle of my neck so the drawstring meant nothing. I sent them an email talking about how the cap was too big and they sent me a video on how to make it smaller. If I wanted to readjust my cap on my own, I would’ve made a wig. So instead of this wig being a ready to go wig with a drawstring it was nothing like that.I am very upset on this wig.

This was my first time purchasing a piece from the site. Am disappointed with the wig. It didn't seem to be 180 it was more 150 or 130. The length was great. I thought if I wash the wig it would be different. Nope, it got worst. The hair became dry. I know that highlight do dry out if not condition correctly. After one wash? I won't be purchasing from this company again.

Frustrating Return Process
I ordered a wig from this company, but it wasn’t suitable when it arrived. I reached out immediately to arrange a return. While their responses were quick, they weren’t very helpful. They asked for numerous photos and highlighted a lengthy return process with potential fees, including a $20 deduction and possible additional charges. They also suggested I keep the wig instead of returning it.

Could’ve been better
The wig was nice and full and I liked the burgundy color however, I did not like the lace on the wig. The hairline was way too thick and difficult to work with. and I also could not get this wig to lay flat I only wore it for a day before taking it off.
