The band doesn't adjust as shown in the video.
I received my order but the band/ wig strap Is not adjustable as shown in the video. The strap needs to be adjusted for it to fit my head, so when I have time, I will cut the band off and sew it back on so that it will fit properly. I am disappointed about this part.
Response from Arabella hairAug 8, 2024

We value your feedback and are constantly working to improve our products and services. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Arabella hair

My first order from Arabella
This was my first order from Ababella. I was please with how fast the item arrived. And it was just as beautiful as the website. No smell, no shedding and easy glueless application. I had my stylist cut some layers and curls and it looks amazing. I haven’t worn lighter colored hair in years and this wig reminded me of why I used to. I will purchase from Arabella again

Hair
The hair is great, thick, full, and ships and arrives fast. Edges are easy to do and the lace blends perfectly. However the hair feels like doll hair. Not a big deal as it still looks very good.
Response from Arabella hairAug 7, 2024
Hi Shelcy Blaise We're thrilled that you are mostly satisfied with the hair! We're glad the thickness, fullness, shipping speed, and the edge and lace aspects met your expectations. Regarding the feel, we'll take your feedback into consideration and strive to improve in this aspect to offer an even better experience in the future. Thank you for your honest review! Best regards, Arabella Air
