I ordered my hair 14 days ago! They say 2-5 days for arrival! I ordered for my birthday hair which was 5 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived! They said it hadn’t shipped out yet but when I track it it says it’s been delivered to someone in Brooklyn NY! After I tell them that they say it shipped to my address! But I have the proof it never did! Do NOT order from Arabella!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! HORRIBLE WIGS BAD QUALITY!!!!! I wish I could upload a pic or video to show how bad it is!!! You can’t comb it the hair literally comes out from the roots!! You can’t wet it because it will knot immediately!! I NEVER EVEN GOT A CHANCE TO WEAR THE WIG!!! It stunk when it arrived and I tried washing it and it knotted completely. I sent videos and pic and they would not give me a refund or exchange!!!

The hair came exactly when shipping said it was going to, it was packaged very nicely. The hair was perfect, the color is spot on, it’s extremely soft, and it’s just beautiful. I would highly recommend this hair.
