Fast shipping good quality hair. It had no smell good communication unit could be thicker but I’m still very satisfied.

This company claims to accept returns but if you are not satisfied with your purchase they will push and push for you to keep the product by offering you a portion of the cost. I was told that the the return review process could take 15 days so I might as well keep it and be refunded $45 for a $300 wig. The hair quality was not up to standard and I will never order from them again.

Terrible cheap hair and not what I expected. The packaging was terrible, just a plain pink bag with no company logo. I received a wig cap and a xmas key chain shoved in the pink bag. No separate goodye bag. VERY DISAPPOINTED, NOTHING LIKE THE YOU TUBE VIDEOS OF THERE PRODUCTS THAT I WATCHED.

They delivered my hair immediately, and made sure it was here for my birthday. The hair is lovely, and the lace blended in perfectly. Definitely will order again

Honest seller the products I purchased was exactly as mentioned on their website. My order came within a week and was shipped by UPS, not DHL, which made it easy to receive my package

The wig came fast within a couple days. She’s also really soft. I ordered a 28 inch but that was out of stock so they sent me to 38 instead with no up charge and I was really appreciative of that. The color reminds me of poison ivy I love it.

This wig was supposed to be Silver grey with blonde skunk stripe! I ordered Dec 13 and received this wig 23. They keep telling me through email that it was being custom colored. Well guess what! After all that waiting I got a Brown wig with a 613 stripe in front. I do not recommend ordering from Arabella!

I love this wig it so soft and beautiful will shop again
