Soft no smell and fast shipping

I ordered two wigs from this company to get a good discount. Unfortunately I was receiving so many ads from so many different hair companies that I mistakenly bought from Arabella. I purchased on February 1st and received my items on February 7th. I was very skeptical of the products when my receipt was in Chinese and I had no idea that this was a Chinese company and I knew that that meant communications may be difficult. It was. The hair was dry and thin and smelled bad and was not lace front. I took only one of the units out of the bag to look at it and never tried anything on because I know that they would refuse to take it back. They tried to get me to take a small credit and keep the hair They wanted me to try on the hair when their policy strictly says they will not refund if the hair has been used. Luckily I purchased through PayPal and they assisted me in getting the refund because the company was very slow to reply and even after returning the wigs they still have not refunded me. The refund came from PayPal.
