Amazing customer service. Wasn’t sure the hair would come in time so I got upgraded from a 22inch to a 24inch. It came way earlier than expected. Hair was full thick and the lace was amazing. I will be purchasing again x

This is my first time ordering from Arabella Hair. My wig came a week after I ordered it. However, when I received my order, my box was crushed. I was upset about it being crushed. When I pulled out my unit and felt how soft the hair was, my feelings were better. The hair is soft doesn’t tangle when you run your fingers through it. It doesn’t have a smell and I can’t wait to wear it. I will take some pictures once I install it and after it’s been washed a couple times. I plan to order more wigs from this company.

Hi Jennifer Quinn Thank you so much for sharing your honest experience with us! 💕 We’re truly sorry that your package arrived with the box crushed, and we completely understand why that would be upsetting. Fortunately, we’re very happy to hear that once you opened the wig, the softness and quality of the hair made you feel better. 😊 It means a lot to know that you love how soft the hair feels, that it doesn’t tangle, and that there was no unpleasant smell. We can’t wait to see your beautiful photos after installation! We’d also love to hear your thoughts after wearing and washing it a few times. Thank you again for giving Arabella Hair a chance for your first order. We truly appreciate your support and are excited to provide you with even more beautiful wigs in the future! ✨ Arabella hair
