The shipping speed and the ease of use are only outdone by the quality of the water.

AquaTru has completely replaced our need for single-use plastic bottles. The water tastes better than any bottled brand we used to buy, and the purifier runs quickly and quietly. The build quality is top-notch. I love having pure, purified water right on my countertop. 5 stars all the way!

We’ve been very happy with the Aquatru. I deducted a star because I think that the sliding tray should come as part of the machine, instead of making it a separate product.

AquaTru has been a great product that I've used for several years. My last purchase was for a descaling kit. I mistakenly ordered the wrong one and AquaTru took care of me, sending me the correct kit. Thanks!

I had an order. It was delayed 4-5 days. Then had to be reshipped. This was for a birthday gift. You make a good product but customer service is not good. I had to wait almost 2 weeks.i won’t be buying your filters. You have to spend $300 to get free shipping.i can do better at a local store and get it free.
