Worked fine until it stopped due to need to descale. Then after ordering descaler directly from Aquatru, discover that it takes weeks for delivery (from China), duringvthose weeks - back to drinking tap water. Worse, when you complain of delays, they try and mislead you suggesting it’s been shipped but will take weeks to show up on tracking. Weeks. “Sorry for the misunderstanding” they say and then offer a discount. “American?” No, I don’t think so. Maybe its American owned, but it appears to now effectively be another drop shipping Chinese operation with questionable honesty.

Worse than one star. Machine received defective - didn't work at all - returned immediately and the company is not issuing a refund. DO NOT BUY. This is not a reputable company.

It took too long to resolve replacing defective leaky unit.

The costumer service is incredible! They helped me with my lost package and sent me a new item at no cost. I’m definitely will be buying more and recommending them to my family and friends.

Amazing product and one I sought out for months before making a decision. It was worth all the effort and my favorite purchase for my new apartment.

The water purifier works as expected with no set-up hassles. The parts and filters are readily available and easy to replace which makes operation and maintenance a breeze.

I purchased the AquaTru Carafe and have been using it for almost a month. One thing I highly recommend is watching the YouTube video that shows how to unpack, set up, and flush the filters. I also suggest running additional cycles beyond the required amount—about five extra worked well for me. After the initial setup, the water became incredibly crisp, clean, and clear. I liked it so much that I purchased an extra carafe so I can always have two ready to use. I've found myself drinking much more water because it tastes so good. Overall, I'm very happy with my AquaTru Carafe and would definitely recommend it.
