Wonderful customer service

The duration of filters are not matching with the specifications of usage for 3 filters, I have to buy filters way early than the provided time always and paying a lot

Got the missing filter. But there is a problem. Replaced all the filters with new ones and reset according to the directions. All the lights are still on indicating that all new filters are needed. All the filters are new. Now what?

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering a product. AquaTru sent my order to the wrong address—not once, but twice. The people who received the packages even contacted AquaTru to explain that the items had been delivered to them by mistake, but they were apparently told that the packages had not been sent to their address and were not believed. I ultimately drove around to more than 40 houses trying to locate my order myself. Customer service was kind and polite, but unfortunately not helpful in actually resolving the problem. I would not recommend AquaTru unless you’re prepared to spend hours chatting with and calling customer service just to get your order delivered to the correct address instead of an address you never provided.

​I purchased the AquaTru Classic (Alkaline Complete Set) with the expectation of a premium countertop filtration experience. While the water quality itself is undeniably good now, the overall ownership and maintenance experience has been deeply frustrating. ​The Positives: ​Filtration quality: The water tastes clean and balanced now, though it required nearly two weeks of regular flushes to get rid of a distinct initial metallic taste. ​The Major Flaws: ​Material and build quality: For a device costing over £400, the plastics feel disappointingly cheap. From the very beginning, water managed to seep and stay trapped inside the hollow handle structure of the tap water tank, creating a permanent risk of stagnant water and mold. ​Water pooling inside the base: Water constantly pools beneath the tanks in the base seating area. When questioning customer support, I was told this is "normal gravity and hydrostatic balance." In reality, this requires constant manual drying to prevent bacterial buildup. ​Absurd storage procedure: When asking how to safely store the unit before a 2-week holiday to prevent stagnant water and mold, customer support officially advised me to remove the tanks and filters and literally hold a heavy, electrical appliance upside down over the sink to drain the internal plumbing. This is an unacceptable design oversight that should be explicitly disclosed on the product page prior to purchase. ​Cleaning difficulties: The tank shapes and internal base recesses make routine hygiene far more tedious than it needs to be. ​If you strictly care about water purity and do not mind constantly babying, wiping, and troubleshooting an overpriced machine, it gets the job done. However, in terms of user experience, transparency, and build quality, it is definitely not a premium product.
