Almost put 4 out of 5 only because the water tasted really bad in the beginning, but after 20 refill the fish taste disapeared. Turns out its normal but aquatru doesnt tell you. Also please make glass tank instead of plastic. Other than that, everything is good

So far happy with the product however be-careful when ordering from Switzerland. They say free delivery but this product comes with a heavy fedex bill. Check ahead of time when ordering as it’s not clear on the website. No refund or gift was offered. Overall good product just heavy fees

Very controversial company, shady owners. They offered no response to the recent allegations against them. I have lost all trust in this company. Do not buy from them! EDIT: They flagged my review as defamatory, wow. So rather than responding, you try to ban all the reviews calling you out. This makes you look even worse. DISGRACEFUL AND SHAMELESS.

I bought an AquaTru machine that broke down less than 6 months after purchase. Despite being fully covered by the 2-year statutory European warranty, resolving this issue has turned into a complete nightmare. Since June, I have sent dozens of emails and returned the device as requested. Three months later, the issue is still not resolved. Every response requires multiple follow-ups from my end, only to be given the same generic template stating that the unit is "under inspection". With other brands, a replacement or repair under warranty takes a few days, or at most 2–3 weeks including shipping. With AquaTru, it has been a total stalemate for a quarter of a year. Please save yourself the trouble: do not post a standardized reply asking me to contact your support team. I have already sent dozens of emails to your service department, and that is precisely where the problem lies. Update: After more than 3 months, I finally managed to get a new machine, but it was complicated and very slow.

Great product, good tasting water, would recommend to anyone interested in fresh clean water source. Just need to adjust to the routine of fill and refill—which is not difficult at all.

Order AU11872 Confirmed 11 Nov 2025 I"m using this carafe one year. My patience is finish. Take more than one hour to filter 1.5 litre of water, so slow drop by drop! And I lost my time with. Not happy at all! Plus it is so expensive Carafe and replace filters (400+120), the size of filters its so smole. Now the quuestion is how is that real quality of filtered water I"m drinking!?

About 3 years ago bought a water purifier which failed almost immediately, the replacement also failed. Then I bought an AquaTru classic and it has worked flawlessly for the last year and a half. A quality product.
