Unit is nicely designed and the water tastes great. However the unit is much larger than I was expecting but I have put it in the corner where my countertop is deeper. Otherwise, I would not have been as happy with the size.

I've had the countertop filtration system for close to a year and I love it. I like that if I relocate, I can take it with me. Ordering replacement filters is easy and the machine lets you know when you have to change filters. Highly recommend.

Love it, and great customer service too Customer service: Fast, responsive, and efficient! The product: Easy to use, and I use it every day. My only regret is not getting the bigger model, since I have to refill this one more often, but I was limited on space. I bought an extra carafe so I can keep one in the fridge while the other is filling. Highly recommend!

I had your Carafe machine less than 2 months. 35 days out of that time I spent struggling to get 1 gallon of water to be processed in a full day. I contacted you about it and they said it needed to be descaled and they would send me a descaling kit. That took 2 weeks because they said they were out of stock. I finally was able to descale it and it didn't help., so they said the pump was probably plugged as it was making a strange noise. So I sent it back for a full refund. I was willing to try changing the filters, but they said since our water was so hard in this area it probably wouldn't help. I really liked the machine and the water I did get was very good. Your company knew my zip code. Why wasn't I warned ahead of time that there might be problems??
