Your cleaner dissolved the mineral deposits that had caused my Aquatru to stop filtering. Excellent clear instructions too! I had neglected the weekly cleaning of the hard water deposits in the tank until it stopped working. I was delighted when my Aquatru starting working perfectly again!

This product is quite expensive and it broke down in 6 months. I do not recommend not only because the product broke after 6 months but customer serice is quite unhelpful. They sent alternate instructions for descaling (which we had to pay for a kit), and troubleshooting back and forth multiple times until the only resolution was to ship a new unit which we were forced to pay shipping for. While we are in LA and water can be harder, it was above their threshold. I would not recommend anyone purchase.

As far as the water goes.... great taste! As far as the machine...... not so great. Fill the tank and it leaks out of 1 side of the handle. Contacted customer support. Thier fix, don't fill it so full. Now the button on the filtered tank won't press all the way like it should. Upon further inspection, the button came "loose". After manipulating it enough it is working again. This is or 2nd machine purchased. First 1 was the best. This 1, not impressed.
