Aquatic is a great company. We had a problem last year with an expensive version of a competitors tub. I used the Aquatica online chat to ask a few questions, and within minutes the President of Aquatica was on the phone with me. They sold me a nicely discounted replacement tub and helped me understand the issues that led to the failure of the Devon and Devin tub ( who blew me off entirely on a technicality -long story-and invited me to file a suit if I didn’t like it - that’s not really my style). I returned to Acquatica recently to buy a tub for our getaway cabin. The product is fantastic (CORELLIA) but the service and personal touch are the real selling point here. This is an honest company with a great product. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Purchased a Baby Boomer 2 tub in 2020 and it was delivered in 2021. When I purchased the tub, it was in the design phase. Goran and Jared made sure I was informed of the changes along the way. I love the tub and the wait was well worth it. Goran and Jared have bent off backwards making sure everything was good and it all turned out great. Customer service is superior.
