Ordering was very easy and the plants arrived as promised

Very helpful. Purchased a complete co2 injection system. Well over 12 years ago. Carbon doser had issues sent it back to them they diagnosed it couldn’t repair it sent me new one. Very good customer service.

I order 10 bunchs of hornwort and all I got was a bag of stems and broken peices. most turned white and is dead

I wish I could give higher stars, because the plants I got were in great condition. I emailed them several times with questions. When I finally was able to research on my own, a couple of the plants I wanted sold out. The plants themselves came in a USPS cardboard box, but an arrived in great condition. The box itself had been crushed in transit.

Plants are always healthy, arrive packaged nicely. Would be great if they were a little bit cheaper, but otherwise, will continue to get my aquarium plants here.

Nice packaging and plants arrives in good condition. They even throw in an ice pack for free while I did not even order one.

One question. When I receive my next order that contains some pot plants, I will be putting them in a holding tank until I can move to the preeminent 75 gallon. Should I remove then from the pots and plant as normal for the type plants?

Rcvd plants in tack. I rcvd the plants on the dates that were good for me which is huge. Plants were wet and easy to place in my tanks. Got what I ordered. Thank u
