AquariumPlants.comReviews of aquariumplants.com

From FL to MI plants arrived packed with great care. All java fern, bacopa & ludwigia were in great shape. Each bundled together laid flat (not rolled up or folded) and very green and healthy, this was wrapped in several layers of damp paper, and then placed in a large plastic bag, which was then placed in a box large enough to accommodate without rolling of folding. Could not be more pleased. Only issue was length of time, ordered late Monday and order shipped the following week on Tuesday, however the site CLEARLY states this in shipping q&as.

Plants arrived in perfect condition!

Plants came fast and in perfect condition. Great size and beautiful roots. No dead leaves and no snails. Will be getting more from them.

When I received my order, well over half of the Hornwort was melting and/or browning. I was unable to save any of it. Luckily the Red Tiger Lotus was packaged in a separate bag and I was able to save that for my aquarium, but I had to toss out all 10 bundles of the Hornwort I purchased.

I did not receive 4 of my plants(the 4 Anubias Frazeri). I called immediately when I unpacked my order to tell them. I was transferred to the plant department. The guy I talked to said he would take care of it. He said he would mail them out the next day. When I did not receive them I called back. The guy said they would never ship on a Saturday and pretty much called me a liar. The guy said they were definitely in the original package and that I didn't look hard enough. They were not in the package. I was not taken seriously. I am out $30. This is a shame because the plants I did receive were very nice. However, now I probably won't order from here again.

Very quick shipment , and also plants came in a very good condition, as well as a good amount of it !

The lily came in great condition, even had a couple of blooms. Very happy.

Everything was perfect. I put my plants in a 40 gallon porch pond and they are both great. Thank you
