Plants arrived in great condition; however, my Bacopa Carolina came with baby snails attached to the leaves. I noticed them on the glass of my aquarium after planting them. I’m not sure what type they are as they are too small to tell yet.

What really bothered me was that I had ordered some plants that where on sale for Black Friday and then they canceled my order because of a problem with their system “giving false discounts” , it’s not my fault your systems tweaked. Once I went back to try and order the same plants full price they where all sold out! Didn’t even wanna bother ordering anymore.

Would have given you a five, but the crypt parva size is simply ridiculous.

Good day Aquarium Plants . This is not my first time ordering plants from you! However, I am very very satisfied with the shipping time and the condition of the plants! VERY! Satisfied customer. Thanks Guys!

I didn’t receive the shipping schedule until after my order was shipped. I didnt see any posts mentioning that ordering after the 15th meant that your order wouldn’t be shipped till after the Thanksgiving holiday week. So here I was, stuck wondering why my order was still processing nearly a week after I had placed it. I then called the store to ask what was going on expecting a simple response but got the exact opposite. The man who anwsered wouldn’t wait a few seconds for me to pull my order number up. My email with the number was loading. It would’ve been very fast but instead he told me to call back when I had it. Ok, so after I called back he told me with so much sass ‘didn’t you check the shipping schedule’...which I had already previously explained I never received it. He then, with much agitation, explained why it hadn’t shipped yet. I asked him clarifying questions about when it would be shipped and it just kept getting worse from there. The tone in his voice and everything was horrible. I wish they’d pull up that call to see what I’m talking about. Whoever it was seemed so unhappy to help me out like I should’ve already known the stuff I was asking him about. I finally asked him why he had to be so rude and all he said was “I’m not trying to be.” All his actions said other wise.. life is hard enough as it is right now for EVERYONE. Why did I have to deal with that when just trying to understand where my order is. Unprofessional is the least I can say. Other than that, the rest seemed great. Amazing prices and excited for my fishy to receive his plants soon. I see that many others say they’re great quality and I’m very pleased with the pricing and descriptions of the items. Whoever helped me was either having a super bad day, naturally impatient, or both. I don’t know.. whatever happened there doesn’t matter as long as my fish gets some high quality plants for cheap, I’m satisfied because he will be too.

This is my second order for aquarium substrate. My first was a year ago and it's worked out well so I chose the same for my new second tank. The substrate is now bagged and my first order was a 5 gallon bucket. I called to inquire about the container change and the gentlemen explained that the bucket container was sometimes confusing while figuring substrate coverage and the bag system was much easier for customer to correctly estimate their needs. The cost appears to be the same but as explained, the bags do provide a better estimation of how much you will need based on your tank size and desired depth of substrate. I really appreciate the discounted shipping as I chose a 2-day FedEx to my local store as the pick up location. $10 shipping for 6 bags of substrate is wonder!! Overall a great experience that was timely, at a fair price and met my expectations.

First time buying from "AP". Only complaint is no order status communications. Just got a shipping notification the day they shipped. Otherwise good service and excellent assortment of plants. I have a 30gal BF and there were more plants than I could stuff in it. All great condition on arrival. Will be ordering from AP again!

Plants were excellent and much larger than expected. Will definitely order more.
