I received a replacement CO2 check valve a week ago and after installing it could not get CO2 flowing through it. I spoke with Mark at Aquariumplants.com who helped me troubleshoot the possible problems and after I followed his direction and steadily increased the pressure from the regulator, found a pressure that “activated” the check valve. I appreciated the customer service in getting the part to work correctly. The only other feedback is I left an email and voicemail before calling a second time and having someone help me.

Very pleased with my plant purchase very healthy looking and plenty of roots, I ordered 8 plants and they came in great condition, the funist plant is the banana plants I got 3 of those really nice and much bigger than expected.

There was some confusion in that they notified me that there was a glitch and canceled my order but the next day notified me that my order shipped. Got the order a couple days later and it was fine. If not for the confusion I would have rated them a 5.

My plants were delivered in perfect condition and look beautiful in my new planted 30 gallon tank. There was very little melting and they started to grow within a couple of days.

Ordered 3 mats of DBT Cuba plant. They arrived on time and in good conditions. I purchased an ice pack for them. After 2 weeks in a dry start, the plants are looking good.
