Everything looks great!

My first time ordering from this company. Very healthy and strong plants. Well above expectation. Strongly recommended.

Order screwed up. My order was not shipped with the proper plants. I have attempted to contact them about resolving this but with no success. If you respond and send me the proper plants for my order I will update my opinion.

Ordered over Thanksgiving week so it took a a couple of days to process. Shipment came quickly and the plants are green and happy! Good job!

Ok so I live in a pretty rural town in Kentucky closest pet shop is about 45 mins away. When you finally get there its just dog collars and fancy pet food and some basic fish goldfish and some community fish no plants. Looked up some on the internet to buy was very suspicious because there are so many fake scams you place and order and nothing ever comes. Not only was they real their shipping was fast and super well packed and the quality of the plants was great ill post pics soon as I figure out how lol, their not just a few little pieces their great sized and full and healthy did have 2 little snails make their way in with them tho some people worry about those and since this is an honest review figured I'd better mention them

Plants came with unwanted snails. Plants were also very brown and not green and did not come with the ice pack that I purchased for shipping

I had placed my order but there was a problem with the online ordering system. So I received a call at 11:40 pm asking me to re-place my order. The plants I received were on the small side for the price. I was happy to receive tiger lotus, except that they were dime-sized bulbs with 3 SMALL leaves. Everything looked healthy and I did not see any snails, duckweed or other pests.

I ordered what for me felt like a pretty big order of plants. Every single plant arrived in great condition and perfectly packaged. I used the two day shipping option with no problem. Will definitely order here again. Prices are reasonable and everything as expected. My 16 gallon tank is overflowing with plants!
