The plants arrived on time and in very good condition. They were sturdy with well developed root systems. I thought the size and fullness was excellent, these were foreground plants. Very pleased Phil new York

I was not provided with any tracking number to track my order. I sent an email to request a tracking number and my email was totally ignored. With the summer heat, it is really a concern that the plants are left in the heat for a long period of time and there is no way to monitor what is going on. Update: I did receive an email informing about the 4th of July and the tropical storm Elsa interfering with the shipping. I do not know if the email was the respond to my 2 emails asking for a tracking number or if it is an email broadcast to all the customers. I did appreciate that they added an ice although I forgot buy it. So, for that I would give them 2 additional stars.

Great packing. the potted 'd. hair grass' and 'micro sword' were just growing out the sides of the pots, so much compared to what i see at petco/mart. only bad thing i can say is the bulb fell off the tiger lotus in shipping, but i am 100% sure i just have 2 plants now. Thank you

Shipping didn't happen until 4 days later. I tried to cancel on day 3 but you shipped anyway. It will now sit on a hot porch for a week until I can retrieve it. A total waste.
