When I placed my order I thought it would be processed right away. Especially since I was charged for 2 day delivery. Someone dragged their feet on this one taking a week to fulfill the order. I only have one plant that probably isn't going to make. I love the plant selection - no issues there. Fulfillment times are the issue.

This is my second time ordering from aquarium plants. plants always arrive quick and in decent shape. best way to put it is you pay for what you get. plants always recovered but do show up with a few yellow spots and dead limbs that i trim before planting. im happy with what I receive in the long run

Great customer service

About half the plants I received will be able to be saved the other few I got are in such bad shape there is no saving them.. I usually don't write reviews or complain but I've also tried to contact this company from email to calling to Facebook and have not got one response back I don't wanna do business with a company I can't get ahold of if I have issues. I mean these plants looked like hell I really want my money back I have never ordered plants from any other company and received plants that looked this bad I even ordered extra I've packs just to be safe .. I do not recommend them I would do buceplants or aquarium coop

Placed order on Saturday 7/3/21. I was unsure what to expect with tropical storm Elsa hitting Florida. However the day after the storm passed through Florida, they called to let me know they were shipping my plants & I should have them Saturday 7/10/21. Plants arrived today all very well packaged & in good shape. Will be ordering from them again in the future.

1st order. So far so good. Plants came in nice. Cabomba and Red Lud a bit smaller than I imagined, but they look healthy so far. Will review again in a few weeks.
