AquariumPlants.comReviews of aquariumplants.com

Great intentions and quick shipping although only one out of three bunch plants purchased even made it- even after purchasing an ice pack (was not aware the ice packs are the size of a thick dollar bill) The ice completely melted within the packaging and so the plants wrapped on the outside of the only plant that made it- melted after being out in water for only 4 days- I would suggest giving more info about the ice and requiring at least two-three ice packs for weather over 80 preventing poor received quality.

Delivery was as fast considering coming through FedEx. Plants were in great condition and are thriving in our tank.

Everything was big and healthy I was very pleased

I ordered $80 worth of plants. All the plants came alive and well! I especially liked the potted plants. One plant did come dead but the owner was very understanding and offered a full refund.

This was my 1st purchase with aquariumplants.com and they did not disappoint. All the plants arrived healthy and were packed very well. I would recommend aquariumplants.com and will order again in the future.

My order was slightly delayed because they were trying to see if they could get an alternate supplier to source one of the plants I ordered. Ultimately, they couldn't get the plant so they refunded me for that part of the order and then threw in some extra plants beyond what I had paid for. Great customer service and my plants arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend you order through them.

Website is easy to navigate and informative. Quick shipping, plants are healthy and as described; they are packaged very well and arrive in great shape. They are also consistent with their plants and shipping which is important to me.
