Daisy provided outstanding support. She responded quickly and thoroughly in an effort to address the problem I had with 410 doorbell. When she was convinced that it was a hardware problem that could not be fixed by additional troubleshooting, she arranged for a replacement to be sent the next day. She answered by questions about how to handle resinstallation with the app and I am now back with a fully functioning doorbell thanks to Daisy. WHile I am disappointed that the first doorbell failed after only a few months, Daisy's support was perfect which increases my confidence in Aqara.
