I have spent weeks researching the best models of appliances to buy. I want reliability, features, and a decent price. This is harder to achieve than I thought it would be! Most of the "big box" stores didn't have the products I wanted. If they did, the features weren't as good. If they did meet my first two criteria, the prices were not what I wanted to pay. I thought I was stuck. Luckily, I found Appliances of America. Honestly, it sounded too good to be true. This store has more selections than we needed. I would have chose them on this alone, but the prices are amazingly competitive!! They are way lower than anybody else. I happily ordered , but I was wary --I haven't ordered big appliances from the internet. I initially didn't hear anything, so I waited a couple of days. I called the customer service number to make sure the order went through correctly. I talked to Billy and he assured me everything was in order. He also assured me that when they received the items they would let me know. Within the week I got a call from Billy letting me know they have the items. The best part was they were thoughtful enough to verify the color before they shipped my items out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Appliances of America. Appliances of America has great selection, amazing prices, and Billy is great at prompt customer service.

We all expect good customer service, We don't Expect Great Customer service and it is a pleasure when you get more than what you asked for. I GOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THANKS TO BILLY!!! Not only did I get a great price on a stove to make my wife happy, but Billy did an amazing job to get it here before Thanksgiving. Price is very good and sales support is excellent. I had 10% DUSCOUNT cupon for one major retail shop but still Appliance of America is better price. This is my first experience with Appliance of America to buy washing machine and feel so good for me to try another chance soon.

I have been shopping for the Wall Oven Model# CWG3100WH Maytag 24" Single Gas Wall Oven. This oven is for my parents and fits into an existing cabinet in the kitchen. After shopping at local stores, online and ordering 4 times from different companies it seems this unit has been discontinued. Not only the Maytag brand but also many other 24" ovens of this kind. Orders were cancelled after being placed due to out of stock. After speaking to Billy Jackson at Appliances of America I received the same news as before. This item was not available due to being out of stock. Billy made the extra effort to find this item for me. Being price was a big factor in the purchase of this oven as my parents are on a fixed budget this complicated the selection of an oven. I would like to thank Billy for his extraordinary care in this matter. He did not have to go and do the leg work to find an available oven that would work. I am also in a similar line of work dealing with customer service as I am a firefighter / paramedic. My line of work can be very frustrating at times but is very rewarding. It really made me smile to know that there are others that have the same dedication to their job and making the customer happy. Thanks again Billy for all your help andkeep up the strong work. I have so far been very happy with my experience with Appliances of America. A lot of that has to do with the most charming Billy. He has been wonderful about keeping me appraised of developments on my order. Also, like most people I shopped around and not only did you have the best prices but more! Free delivery and no tax were wonderful. But, the best thing for us was the ability to have our order held until our new house was ready, and there's where Billy really came in. He made sure to let me know when the appliances would come in, and when they would ship. Then he followed up with me today to let me know when they would arrive and what the procedure would be. Every time I have spoken with him has been a pleasure! He is helpful and fun, and always makes me feel I can call at any time. I'm very excited to receive my new appliances! I bought a high end slide in oven/range from Appliances of America and I have to tell you there prices are the best out there without question. Also their customer service rep, Billy, was able to answer all of my questions . Very polite and knowledgable. First things first: I can confirm that all the following information is 100% true and can also give evidence of this. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) have an alert on Appliances Of America and have scored it F (the worst score possible). It's not hard to imagine why. I would suggest reading the reviews on their website before you interact with this company. From day one my experience has been nothing short of appalling. After waiting and waiting for my $1500 fridge to arrive after it's scheduled date I decided to contact the company. It's near impossible to reach anyone - I was unsuccessful in getting any response after left messages and emails. I read a little more about them online and discovered other customers were experiencing similar problems. I contacted my bank and put the payment into dispute. I rang Appliances of America one last time and left a message informing them of what I'd done and that I no longer required their services. Within 5 minutes I received a call back from a representative who was extremely combative, aggressive and sarcastic from the outset and for the whole lengthy conversation. During the calI tried to have them confirm that my order was cancelled and I wanted a refund. Amongst other things, the representative sarcastically stated that as I live in Vegas it would be a "roll of the dice" whether I got a full refund. I have this conversation recorded should the company refute this. After various communications over the next couple of days I finally got a verbal confirmation that they would refund in two weeks. It's now over 6 weeks later and this is still ongoing. I've had a couple of interactions with the same representative again in which they offered more excuses as to why I haven't received a refund. The latest one was that they are waiting for a "transaction ID" from the accounts department. When I stated over the phone that I hoped this would be a short wait he replied "We can hope...". In essence, I would simply advise anyone who asks, not deal with this company in any capacity. Do not order from them. The catalogue of excuses I was given as to why they couldn't a) deliver on time and then b) refund MY money was breathtaking. In my opinion, this 'operation' is dishonest and unprofessional, and undoubtedly the worst company I have ever dealt with. UPDATE: I never received that refund from Appliances of America. My bank credited my account and agreed with me that this company acted fraudulently. Once again, do not deal with this company.

I placed an online order to Appliances of America on July 27, 2015 (Order # W8256). $3,494.00 was immediately deducted from my banking account. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone there. It took them three months to let us know our item had been discontinued. We then canceled our order and was told it would take 2-4 weeks for reimbursement. It’s been 4 months and we don’t have a refrigerator or our money. Please check them out on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) website.
