They are ok fridgiware products iffy

I eventually had a good experience with Appliances of America. Communication was not clear and proactive - I placed my order for an item which was not in stock but was not notified in any way. so when nothing was happening I emailed customer service and did not hear back. I tried calling, but the call center hours are limited so missed them twice before getting a hold of someone. Once I got an agent on the line they explained that everything was ok and they were expecting the appliance to come in within a few days. The rest of the transaction was very smooth. Delivery service called to schedule a time, and again right before arriving. Appliance (I ordered a dishwasher) was in good shape and exactly as I expected. Also I has not able to see my order status online using my order number the website gave an error code and said I had to call. A clear status and expected time for shipping would have made the whole experience much better.

We are in the middle of a full kitchen remodel. Once we narrowed down our appliance makes and model, we were looking for the best price available. It is very natural to tend to stick to "big box" retailers because they are well known and offer great financing deals. However Appliances of America offered our desired LG refrigerator $500 cheaper than the sale price of a well known "big box" plus an additional $200+ savings on tax and we are looking at savings over $700!! We were requesting a short delivery time frame which led us on a different path due to limited availability. Appliances of America went above and beyond to help find alternate solutions and make sure as a potential customer I was taken care of. I sincerely appreciate their integrity and follow through!!

I have yet to receive my new range yet, so I cannot comment on this, but the customer service has been great and very responsive to my inquiries. Billy Jackson was the customer service representative with whom I have been communicating.
