the part shipped was for a different model dishwasher though it was the part specified on their web site. When I asked about a return they insisted I eat the shipping cost, pay for return shipping and pay a 10% restocking fee. All these fees are more than I paid for the part so I donated it to the local Habitat for Humanity site. Lousy customer service. a company worth avoiding

The part ordered on October 31, 2021 came in and turned out to be incorrectly ordered by me. I filled out a return form and placed a new order for the correct part. Have not received a confirmation email for the return or the new order. I will give 5 stars for the original order but 1 star for the customer service department. Called, left messages as instructed, to call me, but no response from appliance parts 365.

I was able to find this website pretty easily and found the parts I thought I needed however, although the model #'s matched, (broken knobs on the Kitchenaid Gas Stovetop) when I tried to replace them, the new knobs were a bit too large. So, I am looking to exchange for the proper size.

It fit perfectly and I’m so glad I can organize my freezer better. Thank you for providing parts like these.
