Crooks Item was on backorder, Applianceparts 365 cancelled the order and will not refund money. Numerous emails from Appliaceparts365 promising to refund money Filed BBB complaint Order# 1193727 Called company and does not answer phone, leave msg response

It was average. Don't like paying for shipping. If desperate for a part I might use again but would search for a free shipping place first.

Don't order from this "company!" I ordered a stove top and they immediately charged my card but never an order confirmation, delivery update, nothing. And no reply when I tried emailing. I filed a complaint with the BBB and only then did they respond. Crooks for sure!

Great item, great price

Purchased a part that was in stock on the website. They emailed that it was not in stock and said it was on back order. They cancelled the order and have not returned my money. Customer service is through email and they do not answer the phone. Complete runaround and fraudulent. Mr. Mitch Gilbertson, owner of appliance parts 365 is a crook and a thief. Zero customer service and the company should not be in business

I received the part as described on the site and on time with no issue. The part was sealed by the manufacturer. The core return process took longer than expected but they honored the core return free. I am happy.
