I've lived in this old house for over 30 years so have had need of Appliance Master's services several times. They've always been prompt and professional. They've been able to "nurse back to health" most of my aging appliances. I believe their prices to be very fair!

I am so pleased that I called Appliance Master for my wine refrigerator repair. Shane, the repair technician, was prompt, explained the entire process, and came back as promised when the part arrived. I will definitely call Appliance Master again for any subsequent appliance repairs I might need.

The service was okay but it would have gone a bit easier if the technician had kept his pants properly worn and not able to see his underwear the whole time. He had his pants on way below his underwear half way down his butt crack. This I consider to be distasteful and out of line for coming into a clients home dressed in this fashion. If I had taken the time I would have taken a picture of this action but didn't get the chance.

Although the service was very good, the wait time for the part was totally unacceptable!

The technician sent o address our dishwasher problem arrived on schedule. He clearly was a skilled repairman who solved the problem quickly. In addition, he was friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to call Appliance Master again, should a need arise.

It was a very Bad experience, The repairmen was unaware of what to fix, Tester did not work, started to pull and replace to find problem. said it was the ignite r replaced upper one did not work, did same with Lower did not work, then he said must be Control Board, I said no thanks, After he left the broiler was still in Parts screws and all just laying in,ad Ignite r Pan. I had ignite r teast it was fine, Called Maytag explained the problem said it was control Panel ordered from Sears installed it my self and everything works fine, would never ever call them again. even Placed complaint with them and got NO response so much for that, Very bad Company

Waiting on a part, which is no fault of theirs by any means, service and response time have been great so far.
