Tom came to fix our microwave ( we thought we might need a new one) diagnosis price was lower than anyone else - he repaired it but when we tried to use at night it went out again - I called and he came over and put in all new switches and it was fine - he was very professional, courteous and friendly - I would highly recommend this service - will use again

The repairman took one look at the fridge and said you need to buy a new I one. Then they want to charge $99 for less than one minute of work. The repairman's attitude was horrific and the customer service was even worse.

We had used them before and knew that if we didn't hire them to do the job that there would be a service charge. They came on May 4, 2021 and said that we needed a new garbage disposal. We gave them a down payment of $500+. Never heard from them again. I called several times and was promised a call back . . . nothing. Finally, I got an email in August saying that the part was back ordered. They had our money for 4 months. I am sorry but the fact that they use only one company to get the garbage disposal, is not my problem. My sink was backing up for months with junk. I held up my side of the contract, they did not. They refused to refund the entire down payment. They said that they were entitled to the original service fee because they diagnosed the problem - the garbage disposal was broken. I did not need them to tell me that. IT IS VERY BAD BUSINESS on their end. So, be very aware that this company will not do the right thing by their customers.

Ice maker didn’t work. Called for appt the beginning of June. June 12th came and said a new ice maker would take 3-5 business days to get. A month later I called and was told the order was never placed. My next call to them, I was told the second order never went thru. I asked for a refund and was told I would still have to pay the $89 diagnostic fee! Now it’s August and they are taking a fee from my deposit. Poor service from everyone. Never recommend them.

I used Appliance Master about 30 days ago. They were on time and efficient. They ordered a part for a washer that i didn't need and the Technician said i would have my refund in 2 to 4 days. This never happened and since then, they continuously make excuses for sending me a refund check. iIve called and emailed them approx 20 times, including their President, who shared his email on their website, and still have gotten nowhere with not 1 return call or email. I would never recommend this Company to anyone as they are dishonest and never follow-up

We process a couple of refunds each month without a problem, however, It appears there was a bug in our software that showed the refund as processed when in fact it had not been. The bookkeeper that actually writes the checks never received the refund credit memo when our system showed that she did. Our software people have repaired the problem and assure us it cannot happen again. The check was finally mailed last week. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and your understanding.

James went above and beyond. He saved the day making an emergency trip ouut the day before Thanksgiving to fix dishwasher and oven. I would absolutley recommend Appliance Master:)
