Utter rubbish. Ordered a new bathroom suit in November, was told everything was in stock but nothing ever turns up, lost various plumbers that was scheduled in for work, still waiting at end of Jan. Please avoid these people are useless

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Shocking customer service. Eventually cancelled my order 3 emails from me- 4 emails from them- 3 Phone calls to them- And another email saying they are only refunding me a fraction of what i originally paid them. Totally disgraceful.

Like others, I ordered an appliance and selected a delivery date (5 days after I made the order) and have been completely stood up! Why arrange delivery for something you don't have in your warehouse, then let me know a week after my supposed delivery that you wont take delivery into your warehouse for another 2 weeks?!? Why lie about being able to fulfil my order? Should have gone somewhere else! Tried customer service number multiple times, on hold until hold runs out and you are requested to ask for a call-back from customer services. Requested 3 call-backs and still haven't got one! Utterly Hopeless!!!

Bought hotpoint induction cooker. Was very easy to order, delivered as expected and they called beforehand to check on delivery details. Item was delivered into kitchen which was where I wanted it. Very happy with service and the product

They sell you appliances they don't have, promise you deliveries they can't meet. Our whole kitchen project has been delayed for weeks because of them costing us so much extra money. No customer service, you can't get through to speak to anyone and when you finally get to someone they can't help you anyway. So far no response to my complaint either.

AWFUL. Faulty machine. Took months to get them to address it - initially refused to address fault 1, fault 2 was a repair then finally accepted it was beyond economic repair - then even longer for it to be replaced or refund given - in fact it continues now as I write this review. Bounced around from department to department, including to another company (0800 Repair) that manages their after sales repairs services. Disgraceful.

Placed 3 orders. None of them arrived due to delays in getting stock. They keep changing delivery dates. Seems it's their normal practice. Agree with everyone else, pay a little more somewhere else and save yourself from headache

Delivered on time. The oven looked like it was brand new service second to none. Recommend this company *****
