Easy purchase. Next day delivery. Works fine. BUT THE INDUCTION HOB IS SOLD WITH "10 year parts and 1 year labour warranty for peace of mind". NOT TRUE THIS ONLY APPLIES TO PRODUCT SOLD IN eu. UK APPLIANCE HAS STANDARD 1 YEAR WARRANTY. SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NOT INTERESTED, SPEAK TO INDESIT. ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS FOR BUYING WAS WARRANTY.

The ordering was easy and the price competitive. Delivered when they said they would but when I opened the product which was supposed to a Black microwave, it had a mirrored front which was not on the description and I would not have bought had I known. To try and get in touch with customer services or the 'bot' was impossible, they did not understand the query and went around and around in circles asking me the same thing over and over and gave no alternative to contact a person.
