Hello George, Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. The contract states that it does not cover everything, and it may not cover the entire cost of repair or replacement of a covered item. Additionally, approval amounts for systems beyond manufacturer’s/industry standard life expectancy are at the sole discretion of the Company. Upon review of your HVAC claim, I see that we were able to approve an amount to help offset the cost of repairing or replacing your central A/C unit. The warranty offers coverage on a wide range of items throughout the home and attached garage that add further value.
