SCAM! Totally disappointed and let down by…
Totally disappointed and let down by these guys. First claim we have ever made, our fridge leaked due to a broken seal and blocked drain plug. , and we have to now replace the whole floor, which our home insurance has fully covered - American Preferred though - "oh no sorry sir we only cover certain parts of your fridge and your parts are not covered - NOR is the service call we had to pay for to get a technician to look at it! - total disgrace - would not recommend them to anyone - and cancelled our own policy with immediate effect - might as well save the money and buy new when things go wrong - these guys are a SCAM!

The warranty offers coverage on specific items that fail from normal wear and tear and does not cover everything. If the claim is not able to be approved the service call is the responsibility of the homeowner as stated in the warranty brochure. The warranty provides coverage on a range of different systems within the home for added value; you are not limited to one claim.
