Horrible experience, they got my address wrong on sign up and refuse to take my closing statement on my house as proof of wrong address. Horrible, expensive and a dishonest company.

The representative was easy to understand (no accent), spoke with good grammar and was very helpful and reassuring during the enrollment. She was not pushy or aggressive but answered our questions and gave helpful information about the plan we inquired about.
